Please be advised that your firm has been re-certified as a Disadvantaged and Minority Owned Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE) by the Jacksonville Port Authority (JPA). Your firm is re-certified as DBE/MBR firm providing the products(s) and services (s) of:

Your firm’s re-certification status under the JPA is effective for one (1) year provided there are no changes in the organization, ownership and/or control during the approval period. It is your responsibility to contact this office 60 days prior to certification expiration to initiate the re-certification process. Additionally, please be advised that you are required to immediately notify the JPA’s Disadvantaged and Minority Compliance Office of any changes in your Jacksonville Port Authority of any changes in your business organization, ownership, and/or control including business service capabilities.

BY virtue of this certification, your firm is also eligible to be identified through the Unified Certification Application Process (UCAP). Upon review of your application by the UCAP Committee, your firm may also become certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), the Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA), the Duval County School Board (DCSB), and the City of Jacksonville.

The Authority reserves the right to re-evaluate a business certification prior to the firm’s participation on a Jacksonville Port Authority project, or at any time the Port Authority determines that such re-evaluation is warranted for cause.

Please be advised that your firm has been CERTIFIED as a Disadvantaged (DBE) and Minority (MBE) Owned Business Enterprise by the Jacksonville Port Authority. In Addition, your firm has also been CERTIFIED through the United Certification Application Process (UCAP).
